Job summary

OKAYASU RUBBER (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a driven Production Executive to lead and develop the production team in Shah Alam.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor quality, and drive efficiency while maintaining a safe and balanced work environment. You will track P&L for your unit, manage budgets and resources across shifts, collaborate with maintenance and QA, and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret and use production metrics to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
