Ideatect Concept in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. This full-time role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both prospects and existing customers.

You will conduct site visits, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and work with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

About the role

Ideatect Concept is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our sales team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both prospective and existing customers. This role is integral to achieving our sales targets and establishing Ideatect Concept as a market leader in our industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for interior design and renovation projects.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements, site conditions and project scope.
• Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable interior and renovation solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals to drive successful project closures.
• Negotiate pricing, scope of work and project terms with clients.
• Work closely with the Design and Project teams to ensure client requirements are properly delivered.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, with at least 2-3 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client types
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Civil or related field is preferred
