Job summary

Cinta Design & Build Sdn Bhd, based in Bandar Sunway, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Interior Designer who blends design flair with sales acumen. You will bridge client dreams and our realities, presenting portfolios, closing deals, and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include site visits, accurate measurements, negotiating contracts, collecting payments, and handing over projects to the management team while staying abreast of interior design trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Sales Designer or Interior Designer role (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and sales drive are welcome!).
• Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Role

As a Sales Interior Designer at Cinta, you are the bridge between our creative vision and our clients' reality. You will not only conceptualize beautiful designs but also effectively communicate the value of our services, close deals, and build lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

Consult & Sell: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our portfolio and design, and confidently close sales to meet sales target.

Site Visits: Conduct site measurements and attend client meetings to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with the property's existing structure.

Quotation & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to win projects while maintaining profitability.

Payment Collection: Maintain good relationship with client throughout the projects and responsible for payment collection.

Project Handover: Collaborate with our project management team to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution, ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and furniture in the market.

Who You Are

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business or related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar Sales Designer or Interior Designer role (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and sales drive are welcome!).

Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage.

The "X-Factor": You possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You can sketch and explain ideas on the fly.

Self-Starter: You are target-driven, independent, and possess your own transport (willingness to travel for site visits in Klang Valley).
