Job summary

EBI Software Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to support our growing customer base across POS, ERP, and digital transformation solutions.

You will identify potential buyers, manage the full sales cycle from cold call to contract signing, deliver product presentations, and provide after-sales support. Fresh graduates are welcome; a diploma or degree in business is preferred, and owning transport with strong communication skills is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; sales experience is a plus.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong responsibility and initiative.
• Own transport and a valid driving license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential buyers through cold calling, canvassing, and market research to promote and sell software and related hardware.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.
• Recognize customer needs and provide detailed information on company software offerings.
• Prepare product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Provide after-sales service, address client concerns, and upsell where appropriate.
• Document sales, process orders, and log client data in CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential buyers through cold calling, canvassing, and market research to promote and sell the software and related hardware.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.
• Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
• Construct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Provide after-sales service, resolving client concerns, and upselling.
• Document sales, processing orders, and logging client data into report / CRM system.
• Assist in all matters concerning sales and marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, road shows.
• Handle prospects’ enquiries and efficiently respond to customers’ request.
• Stay updated with the Company's software products, new technologies, and industry best practices.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working experiences in sales will be added advantage.
