Job summary

Vees Kitchen Appliances, Malaysia's leading supplier of Commercial Kitchen Equipment, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales, build dealer relationships, and present the right kitchen solutions to customers.

You will achieve sales targets, manage dealer accounts, prepare proposals and demos, and gather feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin communication is essential; travel and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build dealer relationships.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for liaising with multilingual clients.
• Willingness to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and generate new dealer accounts through various channels.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Collect customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and monitor stock forecasts for timely product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and generate new dealer account through various channels.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Collect customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and monitor stock forecasts for timely product availability.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Commercial Kitchen Equipment industry .
• Strong communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and dealers).
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
