Job summary

Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Sales Support to drive customer engagement, support loan processes, and assist in marketing activities across showrooms and events. You will coordinate with lawyers, purchasers, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely documentation, accurate records, and smooth communication with clients.

This role offers exposure to property development projects and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and liaise with lawyers, purchasers and banks to ensure timely loan draw-downs, SPA docs and down payments.
• Manage customer inquiries, leasing rental follow-up, and loan-related support, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in sales kit preparation, project launches, roadshows and showhouse visits, showroom setups, sales gallery arrangements and ensuring timely readiness of marketing tools such as billboards, buntings, and brochures.
• Update and cross-check buyer housing information and Sales & Purchase Agreement summaries to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide design assistance in sales and event materials, company website, and social media platforms when required.
• Conduct regular market research on customer needs, product benefits, and competitive landscapes, and recommend strategies to strengthen sales performance and lead generation.
• Assist in unfinanced payment and collection processes in coordination with related department to ensure no late payment from customers.
• Submit daily report in order to ensure activities according to the plan.
• Perform all other duties as directed from time to time by the Management.

Sales Support: Update and cross-check buyer housing information and Sales & Purchase Agreement summaries to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Update superiors from day to day basis.

Sales Support: Provide design assistance in sales and event materials, company website, and social media platforms when required.

Planning & Strategy Support: Conduct regular market research on customer needs, product benefits, and competitive landscapes, and recommend strategies to strengthen sales performance and lead generation.
