Job summary

Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd (Labuan) is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and hit revenue targets in Labuan. This full-time role focuses on expanding the customer base and promoting rental services.

You will identify prospects, present solutions, and close deals while collaborating with operations and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is essential; Malay or Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the rental, equipment, or service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Knowledge of the rental industry and market trends in Labuan or Malaysia is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Present and demonstrate rental services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements whilst maintaining profitability
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using company systems and tools
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and support business development
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services and generate leads

About the role
