Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Technician in Penang to maintain, repair and service a range of equipment including boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, generators and air compressors. Based in Bukit Minyak, this full-time role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer-focused service.

You will perform breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems while documenting work and supporting client-ready equipment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• SPM and above.
• For senior post, need at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown repair and recovery of equipment, such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, generators, and air compressors.
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on the equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Pre-delivery inspection on equipment.
• Record works carried out and assist in setup for client deliveries.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join the team at Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Bukit Minyak, Penang. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational performance.

Job Description :

Attended breakdown repair and recovery of operational equipment e.g boom lifts, scissors lifts, forklifts, generators, air compressors & etc.

Routine servicing and carry out preventive maintenance on the said equipment

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems faults.

Pre-delivery inspection on equipment.

Timely and proper recording of works carried out on equipment.

Assist in the preparation and setup of equipment for client deliveries and collections

Support the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures

Job Requirements :

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

SPM and above.

Full time permanent post.

Positive working attitude, good attendance and willing to learn.

Welcome fresh graduate with no working experience to apply.

For senior post, need at least 2 years and above of relevant working experience.

Strong mechanical and technical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems

Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
