Lenog Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a mid-level Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive sales growth.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely deliveries, and support tender submissions to expand Lenog's customer base in the oil & gas sector.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in sourcing or procurement.
• Basic knowledge of oil & gas industry procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations and pricing based on client specifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate quotation submissions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current customers to secure repeat orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor tender portals and emails for new RFP inquiries daily.
• Clarify enquiry scope with clients via tender portal to ensure compliant submissions.
• Monitor order status, address delays, and communicate updates to customers.
• Assist in resolving post-delivery concerns such as material criticisms or warranty claims.

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role aims to expand Lenog's customer base and support the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit, quotations, and pricing based on client specifications.
• To ensure timely and accurate quotation submissions.
• To maintain and grow relationships with current customers, ensuring repeat orders from them time to time.
• To follow up with procurement and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of client’s order.
• To monitor tender portals and emails for new RFP enquiries daily.
• Liaise with clients via the tender portal to clarify any questions related to enquiry scope, requirements, or documentation to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.
• To monitor order status, address delays, and communicate updates to customers.
• To assist in resolving any post-delivery concerns such as criticism of material or warranty claims.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings related to equipment, parts, or materials.
• Basic product and material knowledge in oil and gas industry.
