LENOG is seeking a procurement professional in Malaysia to prepare quotations and pricing based on client specifications. The role focuses on timely submissions, maintaining customer relationships for repeat orders, and coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor tender portals for new RFPs, liaise with clients via tender portals to clarify scope and documentation, and address any post-delivery concerns such as material issues or warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings related to equipment, parts, or materials.
• Basic product and material knowledge in oil and gas industry.
• Able to handle urgent sourcing enquiry.
