Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any Science or Medical related discipline.
• Experience selling to both public and private hospitals.
• Experience conducting CME to Doctors/Specialists/ Pharmacists/ General Practitioners (GPs).
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Able to travel as needed and possess a car.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales goals in assigned territories.
• Promote medical/healthcare products in hospitals, clinics and related enterprises.
• Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) as product ambassador for assigned area.
• Establish new accounts or customers by planning and organizing work schedule to call potential sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
• Prepare presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals.
• Keep Sales Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports.
• Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
