Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Science/Biomedical/Marketing/Business Admin or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in B2B medical devices or healthcare industries in Penang/Kedah.
• Proven B2B sales track record in medical devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Ability to travel and own transport.
• Strong presentation and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Olympus Corporation is looking for a Sales Executive to join us at our Penang office and support in the growth of our business for Penang and Kedah territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company’s range of high quality medical products to private and government hospitals’ medical professionals.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to build strong customer relations through excellent customer service
• Conduct products presentation/demonstration/technical support to customer
• Train and support the end users from time to time
• Organize and participate in exhibitions/conferences/workshops
• To work closely with hospitals on tenders
• Update and maintain CRM database on daily basis
• To manage all processes and procedures involved in the sales function in a way that maximises revenue and gross profit while maintaining compliance to established business and healthcare compliance regulation guidelines
• To ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Medical Science/Biomedical/Marketing/Business Administrative or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year experience in B2B Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Lifescience Instrument or Healthcare related industries in both private and government hospitals
• Proven good B2B sales track record in the medical devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare sector in Penang and Kedah
• Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
• Possess self-motivated, team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of people
• Good presentation skills with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to travel and possesses own transport
