Job summary

Pyramid Converters (M) Sdn Bhd in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales/marketing professional to develop and execute strategies that drive growth. The role requires building relationships with new and existing clients and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales/marketing, strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. Travel may be required; Mandarin is a plus. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related position.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and marketing activities.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
