Job summary

Pyramid Converters (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales & marketing professional in Shah Alam to develop strategies that expand our client base and drive revenue. The role involves identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling campaigns, manage client communications, and strive to meet monthly targets while supporting business growth in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related position.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and marketing activities.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
