SuamiSihat is seeking a motivated Sales Executive in Malaysia to handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet monthly targets. You will engage via WhatsApp and calls, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products or services.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, updating CRM records, and collaborating with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversions. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Target-driven, proactive, and confident in closing sales.
• Able to handle customer objections professionally.
• Good follow-up and time management skills.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Close sales according to company SOPs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

2. Customer Follow-up

• Follow up with new leads and potential customers.
• Maintain relationships and follow up with existing customers.
• Follow up on abandoned enquiries, pending quotations, and potential sales opportunities.

3. Customer Service

• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. CRM Management

• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Record follow-up status and sales progress accurately.
• Ensure all customer records are complete and up to date.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Management.
• Attend sales meetings, product training, and other relevant sessions.
