V.A.B. INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD.

is seeking a dynamic sales-oriented professional to handle customer enquiries and drive sales growth in Malaysia. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, possess a Class D driving license and basic MS Office skills, with at least 1 year in sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• 1 year of working experience in sales or related field (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Valid Class D driving license and own transportation.
• Basic computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job description

Manage and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain effective communication with customers and share important customer feedback and market insights with the internal team.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Execute the company’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Develop and expand the company’s business by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

Possess a valid Class D driving license and own transportation.

Basic computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales or a related field (fresh graduates may also be considered).

Monthly Salary: RM3,400 - RM5,000 + Commission

5-day work week (Monday - Friday).
