Job summary

V.S. Industry Berhad is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project timelines.

The role involves managing risks, guiding cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Based in Senai, Johor, Malaysia, with a background in business, engineering, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in program/project/customer management or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program activities to meet departmental objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches per project timelines.
• Monitor and track program progress, including changes, priorities, risks, and action plans.
• Provide guidance and support to program team to align with business objectives.
• Manage customer-related business risks, including claims, write-offs, and commercial issues.
• Analyze customer forecasts and waterfall charts to support capacity and planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in managerial roles in program management, project management, customer management, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
