Job summary

iCar Asia (Carlist.my) in Malaysia seeks a field-based Dealer Relations Executive to engage dealers, drive product sales, and deliver training. You will manage dealer inventories, acquire new customers, and maintain up-to-date listings while gathering market intelligence from assigned areas.

Daily client visits are required, and fluency in Malay and English is expected, with Mandarin/Cantonese an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Languages: Malay and English; Mandarin/Cantonese as an advantage.
• SPM or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Engage all dealers in assigned areas given by the HoD.
• Sell monetize product and other enhancement products.
• Train and guide dealers on how to use the product.
• To manage dealer inventory list to ensure updated and quality listings.
• Acquisition of new customers and contact and follow up on any inconsistencies.
• Build, revive and manage customer accounts.
• Gather & analyse market intelligence from areas assigned.
