Job summary

Carlist.my in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Field Relationship Executive to engage dealers, drive product adoption, and expand marketplace listings. You will visit clients daily and guide them on using the platform to maximize revenue.

The role requires excellent product knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication in Malay and English. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus. A valid own transport is essential for daily client visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage all dealers in the assigned areas.
• Sell monetized products and other enhancements.
• Train and guide dealers on product usage.
• Manage dealer inventory lists for updated, quality listings.
• Build, revive, and manage customer accounts; acquire new customers.
• Contact and follow up on inconsistencies.
• Submit daily activity reports including closed/won data by territory.
• Work toward monthly car listings and revenue targets.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence from assigned areas.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers.
• Liaise with listings force team to ensure quality listings.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

To manage dealer inventory list to ensure updated and quality listings

Build, revive and manage customer accounts, and acquisition of new customers

Contact and follow up on any inconsistencies

Furnish daily activity report inclusive of closed won/ lost by territory and accounts

Work actively towards monthly car listings and revenue targets

Gather & analyse market intelligence from areas assigned

Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers

Liaise with listings force team to ensure listings quality is achieved

Ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

Own transportation required for this job as there is daily client visitation required

Possess a minimum school certificate (SPM or equivalent )

Excellent product knowledge

Proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Office)

Required language(s): Malay and English; Able to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese is added advantage

Courteous when meeting customers face-to-face
