Zohorecruit is recruiting for a project-based sales leadership role in Malaysia for a global electrical components manufacturer. You will lead business development, pursue OEM customers, and drive market expansion, delivering technical and pricing solutions while building a strong local pipeline.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of engineering sales experience, with fluency in English and Mandarin to engage cross-functional teams and clients.

This is a project-based role where you will take full ownership of business development and market expansion in Malaysia .

Hunt and Expand: Proactively develop OEM customers in Malaysia, drive new business hunting, and build targeted connections for high-value project cooperation .

Deliver Solutions: Provide full-process solutions to clients, covering everything from technical product matching to final pricing quotations .

Own the Pipeline: Take charge of tracking, bidding, signing orders, and collecting critical project information to manage a healthy sales pipeline .

Collaborate to Win: Partner with design institutions and industrial agents to successfully bid for complex projects .

Build the Brand: Work closely with the marketing team to elevate our brand presence across the region .

Hit the Target: Consistently achieve your annual AOP sales targets .

Requirements

Your Arsenal (Qualifications)

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent) .

Experience: 3 to 5 years of engineering sales experience, specifically focusing on project-based business models .

Communication: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin .

Business Acumen: The unique ability to perfectly balance deep technical expertise with a sharp, business-oriented mindset .

Soft Skills: A highly customer-centric approach, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of thriving in team-oriented environments .

Bonus Points If You Have:

Prior sales experience in the semiconductor, data center, or pharma industries, or specific experience with Air Moving products .

An established network of relationships within AHU Manufacturing, the Semiconductor sector, or the Data Centre sector .
