Sinergia Talents is seeking a Sales Engineer (Lift/Elevator) in Malaysia, Johor. The role involves analyzing market trends, gathering competitor information, and establishing new accounts while planning sales calls. You will provide product and service details for quotations and present solutions to consultants, architects, and clients.

Requirements include a degree in Marketing or a Diploma in Engineering. Candidates with or without an engineering background are considered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or Diploma in Engineering is required.
• May consider candidates with or without an Engineering background.
• Preferably from electrical firm, M&E consultancy group, or M&E firm with sales or project experience.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is required.
• 3-5 years of working experience in Lift industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on market trends/needs.
• Gather information on competitor pricing/product quality.

• Provide product/service information for quotations to prospects.

• Assist consultants on car design, dimensions and construction.
• Maintain reports on activity, closings, follow-up and achieving goals.

• - Product presentation to consultants, architects and clients.
• - Develop and maintain rapport on current approach/ strategy.
• - Attend tender interview, proposal and price review.
• - Liaise with M&E consultants, architects and clients.
• - Assist consultants on car design, dimensions and car construction.
• - Maintain accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.

Requirements:

• -Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Engineering.
• -May consider for candidate with or without Engineering background.
• - Preferably fromelectrical firm, M&E consultancy group, M&E firm with sales or project experience.
• -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• -3-5 years of working experience in Lift industry is much preferred.
