Job summary

MTSC Solution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a results-driven engineer to drive new business, manage key accounts, and promote ICT & FPT systems alongside spare parts and services.

The role involves demonstrations, quotations, and close collaboration with engineering for installation and after-sales support, with targets to grow monthly and annually.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering
• 2–5 years in electronics manufacturing or test equipment
• Experience with ICT or Flying Probe Test systems
• Strong sales, communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel locally and overseas
• Valid driving license

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and expand business opportunities
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts
• Promote ICT & FPT systems, spare parts, rental, calibration, and engineering services
• Conduct machine demonstrations and technical presentations
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up on sales opportunities
• Coordinate with the engineering team for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain CRM and submit weekly sales reports

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related Engineering

2–5 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing (EMS) or Test Equipment industry

Experience in ICT (In-Circuit Test) or Flying Probe Test (FPT) systems

Strong technical sales, communication, and presentation skills

Able to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales presentations

Willing to travel locally and overseas for customer visits and business development

Possess a valid driving license

Key Responsibilities
