Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Test Engineer in Kulai to operate and maintain ICT/FCT testing systems for new and existing products. The role requires strong knowledge of electronics, test methods, and hands-on troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and at least five years in electronic testing within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience as an Electronic Test Engineer or similar in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, test methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain ICT/FCT testing equipment to ensure proper software execution.
• Create test scenarios for functional, performance, and reliability testing based on product requirements.

Job Requirements

• Proven 5 years of experience as an Electronic Test Engineer or in a similar role within electronic
  manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, test methodologies, and troubleshooting
  techniques.
• Familiar with different types of testing and programming equipment.
  Strong cross-functional communication skills, both internally with departments and externally
  with customers.
