Job summary

Yealink invites fresh graduates to join a structured development program that blends technology, products and customer engagement. You will complete 1–2 years of hands‑on development at Yealink’s Xiamen headquarters, building strong product knowledge while supporting live international projects.

After the development period, a planned transfer to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will enable you to support regional and global markets, with travel as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM completed or expected by 2026/27.
• Proficient in English for customer-facing communication and basic Chinese for collaboration with HQ.
• Genuine interest in networking, communications, IT or collaboration tech.
• Good learning agility, logical thinking and teamwork.
• Willing to complete 1–2 years at the Xiamen HQ before assignment in KL; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of Yealink products and pre-sales processes at HQ.

Job description

This fresh graduate role connects technology, products, solutions and customer communication, offering the opportunity to build a career in global pre-sales and sales engineering. You will complete 1–2 years of structured development at our Xiamen headquarters, building strong product and technical foundations while gaining hands‑on exposure to customer requirements analysis, product demonstrations, testing and solution support for live international projects.

After the initial development period, the planned next step is to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, while supporting customers and projects across regional or global markets depending on business needs. Further international assignments and project travel may also be considered as your role develops.

Key responsibilities

• Build knowledge of Yealink products, fundamental technologies, industry scenarios and the pre‑sales process through the headquarters development program.
• Support the collection, understanding and documentation of customer technical requirements, and assist with product selection, solution materials and test preparation.
• Support customer‑facing product demonstrations, technical presentations, training and basic technical Q&A.
• Track and analyse customer technical questions, accurately communicate requirements, and coordinate with product, R&D and delivery teams to progress solutions.
• Work closely with account managers on pre‑sales activities and gradually take responsibility for customer‑facing technical discussions and solution support.

About you

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed or expected to be completed in 2026 or 2027 in a STEM‑related field. Computer science, software engineering, network engineering, information systems, telecommunications engineering, electronic/electrical engineering, automation, data science, artificial intelligence or closely related disciplines are preferred.
• Able to use English for customer‑facing technical communication and product/solution presentations, and Chinese for day‑to‑day collaboration and basic technical communication with headquarters.
• Relevant academic foundations and a genuine interest in networking, communications, enterprise IT or collaboration technologies, and customer‑facing technical work.
• Good learning agility, logical thinking, communication skills, initiative, resilience and teamwork.
• Relevant coursework, laboratory work, competitions, certifications, open‑source projects or internships are preferred but not required.
• Willing to complete 1–2 years of development at the Xiamen headquarters, followed by a planned assignment based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with flexibility to support regional or global markets and undertake business travel based on role and business needs.
