Job summary

Yealink, a global UC&C solutions provider, invites fresh graduates to join the Oversea Sales Engineer program. You will complete 1–2 years of structured development at our Xiamen headquarters, building product and technical foundations while gaining hands-on experience with customer requirements, demonstrations, testing and live project support.

After development, a planned base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the option to support regional or global markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree completed or expected in 2026 or 2027 in a STEM-related field.
Able to use English for customer-facing technical communication and product/solution presentations, and Chinese for day-to-day collaboration with headquarters.
Relevant academic foundations and a genuine interest in networking, communications, enterprise IT or collaboration technologies.
Good learning agility, logical thinking, communication skills, initiative, resilience and teamwork.
Relevant coursework, laboratory work, competitions, certifications, open-source projects or internships are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Build knowledge of Yealink products, fundamental technologies, industry scenarios and the pre-sales process through the headquarters development program.
Support the collection, understanding and documentation of customer technical requirements, and assist with product selection, solution materials and test preparation.
Support customer-facing product demonstrations, technical presentations, training and basic technical Q&A.
Track and analyse customer technical questions, accurately communicate requirements, and coordinate with product, R&D and delivery teams to progress solutions.
Work closely with account managers on pre-sales activities and gradually take responsibility for customer-facing technical discussions and solution support.
