Job summary
People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (fresh graduates welcome) to promote technical solutions to manufacturing clients and identify opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, visit customers, and negotiate for closures while targeting growth in the assigned territory.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (engineering background advantageous), fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, and a willingness to travel.

- Willing to travel and own a vehicle.
- Training in Penang or Kuala Lumpur for the first 3–6 months with house allowances provided.

- Promote technical solutions to manufacturing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
- Visit customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and develop business within the assigned territory.

About you
