Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer with an engineering degree to consult on precision sensor hardware for electronics and manufacturing plants. You will learn the end-to-end sales cycle, conduct hands-on product demonstrations on factory lines, and travel to regional industrial hubs.

Fresh graduates are welcome; own transport is required. The role features a 6-month probation with technical and sales training, a guaranteed salary increase after probation, and full benefit coverage

Qualifications

• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel regularly across regional industrial zones.

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting clients to on-site testing and closing.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and trials on factory production lines.
• Travel across regional industrial hubs to consult with plant engineers and quality managers.
• Analyze factory-floor technical issues and recommend precise hardware solutions to improve yield.
• Track activity metrics and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
