Plus Xnergy in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to execute B2C and B2B strategies in the Solar market, handling lead generation, consultations, and the full sales cycle.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with flexibility to cover other states, you will identify partnerships, present tailored solar solutions, and collaborate with the Channel Sales lead to shape sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales.

• Observe market trends, client feedback and competitor activity to assist Channel Sales lead in forming sales strategy.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Execute B2C and B2B strategies to generate leads, drive sales and expand the company’s presence in the residential Solar Market and mini Commercial and Industrial (<= 72kWp) market.
2. Identify and build new lead generation partnership to expand our access to potential residential clients.
3. Conduct sales consultations and present tailored solar solutions to homeowners based on the clients needs.
4. Perform full sales cycle from lead nurturing to deal closing, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
5. Observe market trends, client feedback and competitor activity to assist Channel Sales lead in forming sales strategy.

Academic Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least a certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business-related field.

Experiences:

1. Minimum 1 years of working experience in Sales.
2. Driven, proactive, creative, and passionate about creating a positive impact in other people’s lives.
