Job summary

GAPURA SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a results-driven business development professional to manage and expand key accounts in Oil & Gas and industrial sectors. You will build opportunities, prepare proposals, and drive tender submissions to secure orders.

Responsibilities include client visits, coordinating with engineering and operations teams, tracking market trends, and reporting progress to management. Travel to meet customers is expected as part of developing the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in technical sales or business development preferred in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales activities and project status.
