Job summary

Growth Avenue Sdn Bhd (GASB) is seeking candidates with an engineering discipline and field experience in pipeline inspection or NDT. The role involves coordinating with clients and the principal on technical matters, providing leadership, and driving safe, timely project execution.

Ideal applicants will have 1–3 years in the field, willingness to travel including Sabah/Sarawak, and readiness to work offshore and in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in any relevant engineering field (Mechanical/Civil/Instrumentation/Electronics etc.).
• Experience in pipeline inspection or any NDT related field, familiar with intelligent pigging and pipeline integrity management.
• Preferably Level 1 or 2 for pigging tool operator.
• Able to travel away from KL for periods, including Sabah and Sarawak, and regional travel.
• Able to work long periods in the field onshore/offshore.
• 1-3 years’ field experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Job description

Degree in any relevant engineering field (Mechanical/Civil/Instrumentation/Electornics etc.)

The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within a corporate environment.

Liaison with Clients and Principal on technical matters for job execution.

Ability to provide technical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, complimented by influencing/negotiation skills.

An ability to work well under pressure, with others and build a positive and friendly working relationship across the team supporting colleagues as necessary and required on ad-hoc basis.

Involvement in project planning and preparation of project resources, followed by execution and completion of project, from documentation preparation till reporting to superiors.

Ensuring that Occupational Health & Safety guidelines are always adhered to.

Experience in pipeline inspection or any NDT related field, familiar with intelligent pigging and pipeline integrity management.

Preferably with Level 1 or 2 for pigging tool operator.

Able to travel away from KL for periods of time. This travel will be inclusive for Sabah and Sarawak and regional travel. Also, able to work in offshore.

Able to work long period in the field onshore/offshore.

Between 1-3 years’ experience in the field
