PSI Pneumatic Control Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer in PJ, Selangor. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and presenting innovative pneumatic control solutions.

The candidate should blend engineering insight with customer-focused selling in a full-time capacity. Key strengths include technical communication, proposal development, and the ability to travel regionally to meet clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field with relevant experience.
• Solid ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and proposals.
• Proven experience in sales within pneumatic or industrial automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
• Prepare tailored sales proposals and quotations for clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting features and benefits.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with the technical team for post-sales support and issue resolution.
• Identify new opportunities and strategies to grow the customer base.
• Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends and competitors.

About the role

As a Sales Engineer at PSI Pneumatic Control Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and success. This full-time position is based on PJ, Selangor and requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships with clients and effectively market our range of innovative pneumatic control solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Prepare detailed sales proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions
• Manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide post-sales support and troubleshoot any customer issues
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
• Attend industry events and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a Diploma/associate's degree in a technical field combined with 3 years of directly related engineering experience will also be considered.
• Having sales experience in the pneumatic or industrial automation industry will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers
