Trimble is seeking a Sales Engineer for Civil and Structural Solutions in Singapore or Malaysia. You will partner with regional enterprise clients to demonstrate Tekla, Quadri, and Trimble Connect, translating complex engineering challenges into actionable roadmaps.

You will lead technically ambitious pilots and drive adoption of BIM workflows across civil and linear infrastructure projects, collaborating with the sales team to expand opportunities across accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or structural engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and workflows.
• Proven track record in presales, solutioning or software implementations.
• Experience with civil design software or advanced detailing tools.
• Ability to translate complex features into business value.
• Fluent in English.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this pivotal position, you will go beyond standard software demonstrations to architect comprehensive, long-term technical roadmaps for landmark projects. You will act as the primary technical expert, leading strategic pilot programs with major industry players and driving market expansion into new civil and linear infrastructure territories.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver compelling presales demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions for Tekla, Powerfab, and Trimble Connect

• Partner closely with prospective clients to identify critical business pain points and design customized implementation roadmaps

• Lead high-profile strategic pilot projects to position our advanced building information modeling solutions effectively

• Spearhead technical expansion into civil and linear infrastructure markets utilizing platforms like Quadri and Novapoint

• Collaborate proactively with the sales team to uncover and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or structural engineering equivalent

• Extensive knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and industry workflows

• Proven track record in technical presales, solutioning, or software project implementations.

• Previous experience with civil design software or advanced structural detailing tools

• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business value for customers.

• Must be able to communicate fluently in in English.

Bonus Points For:

• Professional fluency in Mandarin, and/or Bahasa to effectively support diverse regional clients

Logistics:

Location: Singapore or Malaysia(In-Office)

Travel Requirement: up to 35%
