Trimble in Malaysia or Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge civil/structural engineering with digital construction. You will lead presales demonstrations, architect long-term roadmaps, and partner with regional enterprise clients to solve complex infrastructure challenges.

You will work with Tekla, Powerfab, and Trimble Connect, developing customized implementation roadmaps, and guiding pilots from concept to deployment. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin/Bahasa bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design workflows.
Experience in technical presales or software project implementations.
Experience with civil design software or detailing tools.
Excellent ability to translate complex features into business value.
English fluency required.

Responsabilités

Deliver presales demos and PoCs for Tekla, Powerfab, and Trimble Connect.
Work with clients to identify pain points and design implementation roadmaps.
Lead strategic pilots to showcase BIM solutions.
Drive expansion into civil and linear infrastructure markets using Quadri and Novapoint.
Collaborate with sales to identify cross-sell opportunities.
