Job summary

Xilnex Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an energetic SDR to call and message F&B and retail owners across Malaysia, identifying real problems and booking demos with our Sales Consultants.

You will start with a provided script, target list, and CRM, and progress through weekly targets and coaching. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with prior sales exposure who can handle rejections, track their numbers, and grow within a promo track as they demonstrate performance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling anything, especially B2B or retail.
• Resilience: take 20 no's and convert the 21st call.
• Proactive about tracking personal numbers.
• Fresh graduates welcome; degree not strictly screened.
• CRM usage will be taught in week 1.

Responsibilities

• Call and message F&B and retail owners across Malaysia to qualify and book demos for Sales Consultants.
• Work with the target list, script, and CRM provided by the company.
• Maintain clear weekly targets and seek coaching from your manager.
• Support the sales team by opening opportunities for demos.

THE JOB IN ONE LINE

You call and message F&B and retail owners across Malaysia, find the ones with a real problem, and book them a demo with our Sales Consultants. You open; we close.

HOW THE ROLE WORKS

YOU'LL FIT IF

• You've sold something — telco, insurance, property, retail, F&B, or a solid internship. B2B is a bonus, not a gate.
• You can take 20 no's and make the 21st call sound like the first.
• You track your own numbers without being asked.
• SPM, Diploma or Degree — we don't screen on paper.
• Fresh graduates: yes, genuinely.
• Never used a CRM? We'll teach you in week 1.
