Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring an on-site Sales SDR role. You will call and message F&B and retail owners across Malaysia to uncover real problems and book demos with our Sales Consultants. Expect uncapped commission with realistic OTE, and a structured weekly coaching program.

Requirements include English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin adds a higher band. You will follow a defined script with a target list and CRM support, working Mon–Fri in an on-site setup.

Qualifications

• You've sold something — telco, insurance, property, retail, F&B, or a solid internship.
• B2B is a bonus, not a gate.
• You can take 20 no's and make the 21st call sound like the first.
• You track your own numbers without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Call and message F&B and retail owners across Malaysia to find real problems and book them a demo with our Sales Consultants.
• Qualify and hand over leads — our Sales Consultants close.
• Clear weekly targets and you always know where you stand.
• Weekly coaching with your manager.
