Job summary

Xilnex Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to engage F&B and retail owners across Malaysia, qualify problems, and book product demos with our Sales Consultants.

You will drive activity toward weekly targets and participate in ongoing coaching to improve outcomes. The role offers a clear promotion track from SDR to Sales Consultant, typically within 18 months, and includes medical insurance, wellness allowance, and regional travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• You’ve sold something — telco, insurance, property, retail, F&B, or a solid internship.
• You can take 20 no’s and make the 21st call sound like the first.
• You track your own numbers without being asked.
• English + Bahasa Malaysia fluency required; Mandarin is a bonus.
