Job summary

Xilnex is seeking a proactive SDR to reach out to F&B and retail owners across Malaysia and book demos with our Sales Consultants. You will qualify leads, identify real problems, and push for weekly targets while tracking your own numbers.

The role offers a clear promotion track and company-paid medical insurance, wellness and entertainment allowance, plus opportunities for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience selling any product (telco, insurance, property, retail, F&B or internships).
• Able to handle objections and bounce back after rejections.
• Must track own numbers without prompting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.

About you

• You’ve sold something — telco, insurance, property, retail, F&B, or a solid internship
• You can take 20 no’s and make the 21st call sound like the first
• You track your own numbers without being asked
• SPM, Diploma or Degree
• English + Bahasa Malaysia fluency required; Mandarin is a bonus
• Promotion track: SDR → Sales Consultant, typically 18 months
