Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales associate to drive outbound calls and emails to potential customers in Malaysia. You will present our products/services and convert prospects into sales, aiming at hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role welcomes fresh graduates, requires strong English communication, Mandarin is a plus, and offers a basic salary with attendance allowance, performance bonus, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher educational qualification
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written
• Mandarin language ability is an added advantage
• Aggressive, result oriented, high achiever in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Generate calls and emails to potential customers to achieve sales targets
• Perform outbound sales calls and follow-up via emails/calls to prospects
• Explain product/services to customers and convert leads to sales
• Answer inquiries related to sales presentations
• Meet sales targets consistently for the assigned project
