Jora Malaysia is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive (Malay Speaker) for on-site roles in Petaling Jaya and Damansara. The position offers a permanent, full-time arrangement with stable hours (Mon–Fri) and extensive training to boost your sales career.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia. Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus, with opportunities to achieve targets and earn commissions. Immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• At least 6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide relevant information to support purchase decisions.
• Convert leads into successful sales opportunities through effective communication skills.
• Follow up with customers to increase conversion rates and maintain engagement.
• Meet daily and monthly call activity as well as sales performance targets.
• Update customer records, call outcomes, and lead status accurately in CRM system.
• Work together with internal teams to optimize sales campaigns.
• Complete additional responsibilities as required.
