Jora Malaysia is seeking a driven sales professional to convert leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp. You will build and nurture relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions based on client feedback.

Requirements include 1 year in sales or related industries, fluent English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin, and the ability to work independently. Flexible hours, five working days, with on-site Kuala Lumpur access and proximity to public transport.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• At least 1 year in sales or related industries with solution selling.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to take on additional tasks for the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
• Exceed KPIs: Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1 hour of talk time/day.
• Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
