PEN S J Electronics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive / Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, coordinate RFQ activities, and support business development. The role requires collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management, Commercial Operations or Business Support functions.
• Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, Thermal Management, Advanced Materials, Semiconductor Packaging, EMS or related industry preferred.
• Experience supporting RFQ activities, quotations, customer communication and forecasting.
• Exposure to ERP systems, CRM systems and manufacturing operations.

Aufgaben

• Support assigned customer accounts with regular communication and follow up on requirements and action items.
• Coordinate RFQ activities, quotation preparation, pricing requests and commercial proposals.
• Maintain customer forecasts, opportunity pipelines and relevant sales information.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Support order fulfilment, delivery performance, NPI, qualification and product transfer activities.
• Support customer growth, account expansion and identification of new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, customer databases, sales reports and commercial documentation.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities and projects assigned by Management.
