Job summary

ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, Bayan Lepas, Penang, seeks a Program Management Section Head (Customer Service) to oversee account management for assigned customers, drive revenue and growth targets, and manage RFQ, pricing, and contract negotiations. You will understand and drive customer P&L, inventory goals, and key cost drivers while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

• Degree with minimum 5 years’ working experience.
• Excellent presentation skills are required.
• Ability to interact with all levels, including senior positions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall account management for assigned customers/accounts.
• Drive revenue and organic growth targets.
• Manage RFQ, pricing, and contract negotiations as applicable.
• Understand and drive customer P&L, sales, margins, and inventory goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with timely, accurate data feeds.
• Coordinate with ASE global sales to identify opportunities and host customer visits.
• Lead cross-functional projects (VA/VE, NPI, transfers) to meet customer requirements.
• Provide escalation channel for customer issues and drive corrective actions.
