Job summary

OneHealth Clinic Horizon Hills in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Executive to handle online and walk-in customer inquiries, introduce our products and services, follow up with potential customers, and support sales and promotional activities.

You will build lasting relationships with new and existing clients, provide friendly and professional after-sales support, assist with social media content and short-form videos, and maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds.
• Additional language skills relevant to our customer base will be an advantage.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in clinic, healthcare, beauty, wellness or retail will be an advantage.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media for customer communication.
• Able to shoot/edit short videos or comfortable appearing on camera is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
