Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and sales-driven Aesthetic Clinic Manager to manage the daily operations of our clinic, provide excellent customer service and help grow clinic sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily clinic operations and appointments

Supervise and coordinate clinic assistants

Attend to customer enquiries and follow-ups

Convert leads into appointments, treatments and packages

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat visits

Proactively develop new sales opportunities and bring in new customers

Support clinic promotions and sales activities

Monitor stock levels, reordering, sales and general clinic administration.

Work closely with the doctor to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements
