Job summary

Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineering Support Assistant to provide technical support for engineering projects and service operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, maintain system performance, and assist in design and implementation of engineering solutions.

Responsibilities include supporting sales engineers with technical proposals, preparing AutoCAD drawings for HVAC systems, and maintaining accurate engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Professional Certificate in HVAC.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good command of written and verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Consulting Sales Engineers for proposals and submissions.
• Plan and perform technical tasks including equipment schedules, layouts, heat load estimates, unit selection, ducting, piping, pumps, etc.
• Assist Project Engineers with AutoCAD drawings for AHU, ducted HVAC designs.
• Maintain documentation of calculations, drawings and technical correspondence.
• Identify and highlight technical issues during project planning and engineering support.

Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Engineering Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth execution of engineering projects and service operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain system performance, and assist in the design and implementation of engineering solutions.

What you need to do

Provide technical support to Consulting Sales Engineers in the preparation of project proposals and technical submissions.

Plan and carry out technical support such as (equipment schedule and layout drawings, heat load estimation, design and selection of units, ducting, piping, pumps etc.)

Assist Project Engineers in preparing and updating AutoCAD drawings for air conditioning and HVAC system designs.

Maintain proper documentation and records of engineering calculations, drawings, and technical correspondence.

Identify, analyze, and highlight technical issues encountered during project planning and engineering support activities.

What do you need to have

Candidate must possess at least at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Professional Certificate in HVAC

Must be literate in using AUTOCAD

Possess innovative, positive attitude, open minded, willing to share, honest & good personality

Experience in AHU selection, duct sizing & heat load calculation will be added advantage

Good command of written and verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia
