Adecco Staffing Recruitment in Penang is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to drive merchant acquisition and manage client relationships. The role blends sales, business development, and account management to achieve targets and support business growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales/BD/account management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within Penang.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and field sales activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to travel frequently within Penang, including Mainland Penang.
• Possess own transportation.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin and/or Hokkien is an added advantage.
