Job summary

KES International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Admin to support the Sales Engineer/Manager on project issues and handle day-to-day admin tasks. The role requires a 2-3 year track record in sales support, and proficiency in MS Office within a dynamic team environment.

The position is full-time and permanent, with a focus on timely documentation, reporting, and close collaboration with stakeholders across business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing.
• 2-3 years experience.
• Be proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process sales related documentation and manage it from start to closure within given time frame.
• Liaise and resolve project issues with stakeholders.
• Participate in continual quality and productivity improvement.
• Track and manage customer's on loan items.
• Convey customer's requirements to supporting business units.
• Generation of reports.
• Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager or team.
