Diamond Technique Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with order processing, stock transfers, and daily warehouse functions.

The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing goods, inspecting deliveries, and coordinating with branches. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with training provided, strong communication in Malay or English, and good organizational skills. Working hours are weekdays with occasional Saturday together with company benefits include

Qualifications

• Able to communicate and write in Malay or English

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson with order processing, purchasing, and stock transfers between branches
• Handle daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and issuing goods
• Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies and report accordingly
• Pick and prepare goods based on Picking List, Delivery Order, Invoice, or Transfer Bill
• Assist with collecting bills and stock for branches as needed
