Job summary

MOON Environment Engineering SDN BHD in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and ensure smooth execution of orders. This full-time role links the sales team with clients and internal departments, ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional service.

You will manage orders, quotations, invoices, and customer data, coordinate with finance and logistics, and generate performance reports, while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support or Sales Coordinator role within engineering/environmental or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiar with sales processes, order management systems and basic accounting principles.
• Preferably experience in environmental engineering or construction-related industries.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders, quotations and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with current information.
• Liaise with customers to clarify order details, resolve queries and provide general support.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before order processing.
• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring customers are kept informed of delivery status.
• Prepare sales reports, performance metrics and data analysis for management review.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, arranging site visits and coordinating site inspections.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone and other communication channels.
• Support the sales team with promotional activities, marketing materials and event coordination as needed.
