Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales administration or client-facing administrative roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and documentation.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and client invoices accurately.
• Coordinate client communications and liaise with internal departments.
• Prepare sales reports and client presentations.
• Maintain orderly sales files and contracts.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, site visits, and client events.
• Support continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Handle general administrative tasks and data entry.
